We are currently seeking a competent, enthusiastic and professional trainer/assessor with a strong sales background, to deliver face to face training to our clients.
The person we seek must be able to meet the following essential criteria:
Proven track record in delivering results in a high energy sales environment.
Experience selling intangible solutions
Previous experience in a sales training environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process
Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example
A confident, strong, friendly personality
Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
Excellent rapport building skills
Flexible approach to work
TAE or TAA Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
