NATIONAL ITORERO COMMISSION (NIC) would like to recruit qualified staff for the
following vacant positions, as summarized below:
1.  Director of National Service

Unit
(Headquarter NIC)

Qualification
Master’s
Degree in Economics, Project Management, Development Studies, Community
Development, Management, Political Science, — Public Administration, Business
Administration or AO in related sciences with 3 years of working experience
Key Technical Skills
& Knowledge required

Human resources management skills

Communication and presentation skills,

Persuasion skills: capacity to convince, attact and retain attention of the
audience.

Computer $kills

Creativity skills

Time management skills

Organizational skills

Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation

Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.

Being Intore Mentor or having been trained in Itorero will be an added Value.
2. Logistics Officer,
(National Ubutore Development Centre/Nkumba-BURERA.)
Qualification
AO
in Logistics, Store Management, Management, Economics.
Key technical skills and
knowledge required:

Knowledge of Management of material resources;

Experience in national or community service,

Knowledge of supply chain management;

Organizational Skills;

Problem solving skills

Assistant (National Ubutore Development Centre/Nkumba-BURERA.)

in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or AO in Public Administration,
Management 
Key technical skills
and knowledge required:

Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;

Experience in national or community service

Knowledge of council and committee systems;

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning
financial and employee files.

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Communication and analytical skills;

Language Proficiency in English, French and Kinyarwanda;

Analytical and problem solving skills;

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;

Very effective organizational skills;

Stress management skills;

Time management skills.

Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French. Knowledge of all is an advantage.

Being Intore Mentor or having been trained in Itorero will be an added Value.

application to NIC not later than 6th August 2015 at 5:00 PM. The application
