Our City based Client is looking for an HR Advisor. Reporting to the HR Manager (remotely) you will be responsible for implementing, assisting and reporting on all HR matters in the Sydney operation.

• have a broad knowledge and experience in HR, including; reviews, staff retention research, development and implementation of policies, recruitment, strategy development, and training managers
• are positive, pro-active and enjoy working autonomously
• are looking for a Firm who will stand by you and assist you when you need it
• are confident in dealing with staff, management, key stakeholders and Clients
• are a team player and enjoy people!
The technical… you:
• have tertiary qualifications in HR, business administration or similar
• have a solid understanding of the array of HR functions
• are confident in using HRIS, and IT generally
• have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
• understand a service business
• have proven project management experience.
