Analyze farmer yield and expenditure data to determine our annual impact
on farm income for one of our program interventions compared with a
representative control group. - Research:
Design and oversee focus groups and surveys with smallholder farmers to better
understand their needs. - Track

Zero in on how smallholder farmers choose to adopt hybrid seed, fertilizer
dosages, and spacing practices. - Strategic
Growth:
Roll out surveys to answer open questions about potential new program
models.
Qualifications
We
are seeking exceptional professionals with a degree or a Master’s from a top
Malawian or international university, 1 to 5 years of work experience, proven
leadership potential, and a demonstrated long-term passion for development
work.
