Manager

management procedures, has plenty of drive and is able to take
the reins and step into this wonderful

You
must possess motivati

on,
energy and have good typing and computer skills. A current drivers
licence, reliable vehicle and ofcourse
the
Agent’s Representative Certificate is essential.

Your
duties will entail: Conducting appointments, rental administration, client/landlord and
tenant liaison, leasing, handling enquiries, follow up
calls, inspections, problem solving and plenty more…with a well managed portfolio.

The
successful applicant will be rewarded with an exciting remuneration package
