This role is for someone who wants to join a dedicated team responsible for managing all master data for inventory and counting and reporting on all consignment stock at client sites. As part of your role you will contact the 80+ sales staff nationwide to chase up stock reports at each of their hospitals/sites monthly, visit Sydney and some interstate as well as New Zealand clients to assist in those counts, reconcile the stock against the online variance reports and uncover any reasons for discrepancies. In this capacity you will build strong relationships with the sales team, enter all information into the internal system and manipulate the data into impressive reports for management within MS Excel. You’ll need to bring along your responsible and helpful attitude, your well developed communication skills, your eye for accuracy and your analytical mind. Your driver’s licence will help you to get to client sites and your experience within logistics will help you through, but importantly your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new materials as well as the ability to identify storage locations will see you working in a fun, fast paced culture with progression and promotion opportunities.
