1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To arbitrate trade disputes referred to the Commissioner
of Labour in terms of the trade Disputes Act Cap. 47.02 and promote the
prevention and resolution of trade disputes in Botswana
1.2.Qualification
•Minimum of a Diploma in Law, Labour relations or
related field
1.3.Experience
•At least 3 years in the labour relations or
related fields
•Must be fully conversant with Botswana Labour laws
1.4.Arbitration Allowance
•An allowance of P588.00 is paid for each day of
arbitration hearing/s.
