1.Head Of Sourcing

1.1.Job Purpose
Lead sourcing and supply chain activity at a Country
level for the bank leading to the development and execution of commercial
solutions and 3d party risk management targeted to realising significant value
for the country


1.2.Experience and Qualifications
•Relevant Degree
•Good commercial contractual knowledge eg contract
law, service level creation

2.Head of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES)

2.1.Overall Job Purpose
The job holder primarily delivers exceptional
results/ performance through leading teams which undertake a wide range of
servicing activities including mail team, archives, telephone operator,
management of motor fleet, Support Services, Logistic and fixed assets
management. The position holder also effectively manages the various activities
of facilities management bearing full the responsibility for the resources,
operations and performance of these teams. He/she effectively manage all
activities outsourced to 3rd parties related to central services area

3.Regulatory Affairs Manager

3.1.Overall Job Purpose
Act as regulatory affairs manager, assisting the
Head of Regulatory affairs in implementing and maintaining the compliance risk
management processes and methodology in country. Support in monitoring
compliance policies adherence by business. Assist the reporting line in
supporting business to comply with regulatory requirements, as provided for in
legislation. Provide appropriate advice to internal customers.

3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•A bachelors degree in economics or finance or law
or any related qualifications.

•A minimum of 3 years experience in the financial
sector

•Sound knowledge of banks systems and operational
process

•Sound understanding of the control and compliance
requirements both at dealing and operational support level

•A deep understanding of the regulatory and
business reporting requirements

•Sound understanding of products and their
immediate impact to the business

•Understanding of the bank’s policies and
procedures

Preferred:
•Experience in regulatory environment would be an
added advantage

•A post graduate qualification would be an
advantage

4.Head Of Cards

4.1.Overal Job Purpose
Responsible for the management of the Card Issuing
business in Botswana and all the key business drivers eg. P&L lines,
account recruitment). Relationship responsibility for the management of the
Bank’s relationship and other local internal and external stakeholders eg Visa,
Credit Card Association

4.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Bachelors Degree
•2 years plus senior management experience within
an cards or retail business

•Experience of working within a commercial
environment

•Extensive experience in a cards business in an
established card market.

•Highly advanced analytical and big picture
thinking ability

•Ability to interpret business requirements and
concerns and articulate/document these in tems of operational change

•Proven ability to communicate at all levels
particularly senior executive level

•In depth strategic and operational experience

Preferred
•2 years experience of directly managing a P&L
within a card or retail banking business experience of working within a
complicated matrix management structure experience of working within Africa or
other emerging markets.
