- Be a Rwandan by nationality
- A bachelor degree in medicine
- Minimum 2 years working in a
health sector - Excellent qualitative planning
and monitoring skills, supported by evidence from past professional work; - Excellent communication skills
and counseling; - Good command of English (spoken
and written), French and Kinyarwanda; - Good understanding of program
management; - Willingness and ability to
travel upcountry;
