A growing innovative startup in Sydney, have a new opening for an Android
Developer that can help further the success of their iPhone and iPad apps. The
current apps need a refresh, to sustain active users soon to be worldwide. We’d
love a keen programmer who will get a kick out of implementing all the new
technologies.
They have built an awesome platform, that helps communicating easier. Already
heavily funded, and will be going through second round in the coming
months. The future looks bright and extremely exciting with plans to use
AR and VR components on the product. Having been to their offices they
have a fast and bustling culture.
This Agile Technology team are 10 minutes from the Sydney CBD, have a
technology team of 6 and have grown year on year, following a very successful
acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work
with the Solution Architects to ensure the team delivers to best practice
& quality guidelines - Work
in an agile, cross functional team taking responsibility for the
engineering team deliverables - Take
a proactive & hands on approach in all sprints and tasks
will have;
- 3+ years
of experience developing native Android/iOS apps, including shipping at
least one application on Google Play/App store (include a link with your
application ideally) - Proficiency
with Java/Objective-C/Swift and Android/iOS SDKs as well as up-to-date
with most modern Android/iOS development practices - Familiarity
with JSON and REST-based APIs - Real passion
for learning new languages, frameworks and tools - Care about
magical user experiences
