Merlin Project Coordinator Job Vacancy in Liberia

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will ensure that all aspects of the project cycle are implemented effectively for Sinoe County program. This includes management of both the project budgets, drafting of new project proposals, and then ensure the implementation of Merlin counterpart strategy with the CH&SWT.

Job Requirement:
• A university level qualification in development, social science, management or other relevant area.
• Previous experience of working in a capacity building role, particularly with local government is required
• Know ledge of Merlin-UK Standard Operating Procedures is a plus
• Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office
• Relevant field experience in a humanitarian and/or development context in all aspects of project cycle management.
• Experience in logistical, financial, human resource and administrative management
• Experience and understanding of logistics systems in remote/hard to reach areas
• Previous experience of working in Africa within health care projects.
• Experience and understanding of public health and community health
• Knowledge/experience of various donor compliance procedures and processes
