Job Description
The Mental Health Authority is a new Agency under the Ministry of Health
created by an Act of Parliament, Mental Health Act 846, 2012. The Authority’s
mandate is to establish an integrated, culturally appropriate quality and accessible
mental health care of world class standard.
Job
Description
Functions:
- Shall
ensure that all financial transactions and procurement practices of the
Authority conform to approved procedures - Shall
advise the CEO on audit issues - Shall
receive reports from the internal auditors. - Shall
send financial reports to the CEO
Required
Skills or Experience
- Shall
possess ACCA, CA-Ghana or CIMA and minimum of five years
practical experience in auditing - Shall
have been a team leader in an Auditing assignment - Shall
be familiar with the Auditing procedures in the Ministry of Health
