We
are seeking a full time Dental Practice Co-Ordinator to co-ordinate all clinic
activities including:
  • day
    to day supervision  and rostering of Dental Assistants, Reception and
    sterilising staff
  • liaising
    with Melbourne Dental School on student rostering to match patient
    appointments and MDC resources
  • providing
    customer service and care to patients
  • ensuring
    efficient patient flow between making appointments, receiving treatment
    and settling accounts
  • ensuring
    that staff are trained in all aspects of the organisation, clinical
    standards, OH&S and practice requirements
  • ordering
    consumables & undertaking stock control and audits
  • working
    with Finance staff to ensure timely and accurate invoices and payments
  • developing
    and maintaining knowledge and skills in MDC IT programs
  • retrieving,
    analysing  and reporting on data
  • liaising
    with the Quality Co-ordinator  and Marketing Lead on data collection
  • reporting
    to Academic Clinical Director on data as requested
 You
will have
  • demonstrated 
    Dental Practice co-ordination or management
  • experience
    supervising staff
  • experience
    in building and maintaining internal and external relationships with
    providers, stakeholders and patients
  • leadership,
    development and performance management of staff
  • ability
    to deliver high standards of customer service
  • demonstrated
    experience in contributing  and delivering on the organisation’s processes
    and procedures
  • the
    ability to function within a team environment
  • administrative
    and reporting experience
