We are a growing
medical device company located at Stafford. Established for 10 years we have
doubled in size over the past two. Currently we are looking for a bookkeeper /
administration person who can grow with the business and compliment our
existing team. You need to be a strong all rounder and have a great can do
attitude as this role requires a hands on person who can wear many hats.
Reporting to the
Office Manager this role is responsibl
e for:
- Assist
the Financial Analyst with working capital - Cash
flow analysis - Leading
the accounts payable & receivable process - Ensuring
the organisation is compliant with tax and insurance obligations - Forecasting
and inventory tracking. - Ensuring
ledger integrity and following up on discrepancies - Providing
day to day administrative support - Organising
couriers and distributing mail - Booking
travel & accommodation - Some
diary management - General
office up keep - Packing
and unpacking of orders
Skills required to
be successful in the role:
- High
attention to detail - Good
problem solving and analytical thinking - Good
with Microsoft Office - Can
liaise with people from all levels - Meticulous
- Bachelor
in Business or Finance - 3-5
years experience in a similar role. - Quickbooks
experience is an advantage
