Your
responsibilities:
responsibilities:
- Oversee
a team of contract administrators - Sub
contract/supplier procurement, negotiation, award and letting of contract
documents - Attend
site meetings, liaise and work closely with the Site Managers, Project
Manager & Operations Manager - Review
and assess supplier invoices and sub contractor progress claims for
payment - Assess
and process variations, EOTs and RFIs - Prepare
final accounts in combination with the PM
Your
requirements:
requirements:
- Tertiary
qualified with a Diploma of Construction, Builders Registration or a Bachelor
of Construction Management & Economics or equivalent - 5+
years experience with a commercial building company - Motivated,
passionate and team orientated individual - Experience
leading, managing and mentoring small to medium sized teams - A
valid working visa is essential and local experience is preferred
Salary
band for this role ranges from $140k – $180k with flexibility in the total
