Participates
in the development and implementation of Malawi human resources strategy within
the Company to ensure the successful and timely implementation of the Corporate
Strategy.

in the establishment of major policies governing all HR functions including
recruitment, Human Resources Development, Personnel administration, Medical
benefits, transport and general services and Corporate Security in line with
company strategies;

Minimum qualification
of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management or a Degree in
Public Administration or other related fields, with at least three years of
working experience in Human Resources Management
