People are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and
supportive administrative team for a leading private school in Sydney. Working
on a full time basis, this positions supports the Director with a wide range of
administrative duties.

The Role


Working in an open plan space, you will regularly deal with a range of
stakeholders across the organisation. You will have strong interpersonal
skills, high level administrative skills and a passion for variety!

The Duties

Working closely with the administration team, operations team, and finance
manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting
    the Director with a range of projects and administrative duties
  • Supporting
    the Finance Manager with day to day administration, along with preparing
    and tracking budgets
  • Working
    closely with the Director to administer, monitor and oversee the internal
    systems and liaise with the software providers when required.
  • Creating
    and maintaining efficient document management systems
  • Recording
    and distributing minutes and agendas for any meetings and projects
  • Supporting
    with facilities and operations management for the school
  • Organising
    meetings and papers utilising the electronic management software
  • Liaising
    with and responding to queries from all stake holders, including staff,
    parents and suppliers
  • Providing
    relief assistance to the Receptionist as required
The
Candidate

You will be good with systems, have a head for finance, be a strong
administrator but, above all else, have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills!

The Criteria

  • High
    level skills in the key Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability
    to pick up and work with new systems and databases
  • High
    level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong
    customer service focus
  • The
    ability to report to multiple managers and balance priorities of
    each 
  • Prior experience in
    Finance/Accounting, Property Management and/or Office Management would be
    looked upon favourably
