Based North of Botswana, Linyanti Explorations has an
exciting opportunity for a Camp Management Couple. The successful candidates
will report to the Concession Managers and should be willing to work for
extended periods in a remote environment.
1.CAMP MANAGEMENT COUPLE – Selinda Reserve
1.1.Combined Responsibilities
•Managing daily operations and administration 5 stat lodge both front and back of house
•Hosting guests
•Managing , motivating and mentoring and training
staff members
•Maintaining set standards
1.2.Combined Requirements
•Tertiary education
•Management experience in luxury camp environment
•International experience an advantage
•Strong administration skills
•Experience and ability to train staff
•Fully computer literate
• Enthusiasm, passion and energy
•Minimum 3 contactable references
•Candidates need to be mature, responsible, able to
work under pressure and unsupervised.
