Your new opportunity:  The
existing in-house legal team is also expanding to include a junior to mid-level
lawyer who will grow with the company. You might be looking for a change from
private practice or simply looking for in-house work which will be varied and
challenging:
• Property (leasing, licensing, buy/sell)  (prior experience essential)
• Assorted commercial contract drafting and reviews (prior experience
essential)
• Franchising (experience not essential) Business acquisitions
• Advising on new legislation
• Employment
• Trade practices law, marketing and advertising review work
• ASIC & ASX compliance
• Intellectual property

Who you are: An
organised, hard-working, self-motivated lawyer who is commercially-savvy.
Ideally, you’ve come from a commercial or property team at a well-regarded
firm. You may have completed secondments or been in-house before.
