1.1.Job Summary

Responsible for the
effective and efficient management of the Legal Department, provision of legal
advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
The job holder shall also support the office of the Company Secr

etary in the
provision of board secretarial services to the Group and its subsidiaries.

1.2.Position
Requirements

1.2.1.Qualification

•A Bachelor Degree
in Accounting, Finance, Management and Cost Accounting or equivalent.
•A member of the Botswana Institute of Accountants.

1.2.2.Experience

•A minimum of five
(5) years experience in corporate legal work, civil litigation, contract
negotiations and governance.
