the Firm
Our
client is a top-tier international magic circle firm. Due to considerable
growth in 2015, it is seeking an employment lawyer to join its Sydney office in
the new year.
About the Role
The role offers a broad mix of high-end, large scale work that includes
labor and employment advisory work, drafting employment contracts and policies,
redundancy agreements, employment issues arising from transfer of businesses,
post-employment restraints and personal security work for the firm’s domestic
and international blue-chip employer clients. The firm’s impressive client base
includes internationally public listed companies, investment banks and
government departments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- have
either 3-5 years or 5-7 years (more than one role
available) of post-qualification experience from a leading
top-tier firm - be
talented and motivated lawyer with excellent legal and client relationship
skills - first
class honours and upper second class honours
returning from overseas or relocating to Sydney are highly encouraged to apply.
