The Role

Our client has a
national presence and their Melbourne office is seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Paralegal who can run off the plan files for their
developer client who is developing highrises in Queensland. You will work as
part of team in the Melbourne Property & Commercial Group.

You

To be successful in
this role, you will have 3 years prior experience running off the plan files as
a Property Paralegal, Law Clerk or Property Solicitor. In addition, you will
have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and
good time management skills.
