Sales And Marketing Executive
(Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
• Plan, conduct, monitor and evaluate sales activities designed to increase the visibility and profitability of Kenko
• Implementing and track sales and the effectiveness of promotional tactics
• Directly supervise sales team and provide leadership of the day-to-day sales department operations
• Manage, motivate and fully train the sales team on new and existing product lines and methods of sales and marketing associated with achieving best sales results
• Manage the integrity of the Customer Database and Mailing Lists
• Assess, create, budget and drive innovative marketing initiatives to increase the penetration of Kenko products and services
• Plan and drive initiatives including the whole spectrum of sales tools and collateral (website, catalogues, promotions, advertising, etc.)
• Execute, drive and implement the processes necessary to achieve best practises and results
• Report to General Manager, analysing past performance and proposing future activities and direction
Requirements :
• Only Malaysian citizens need apply
• Proven sales and marketing experience
• A true driver with the ability to build relationships with sales team and customers, ultimately resulting in achieving an exceeding company goals
• Intelligent, professional, mature individual
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Computer literate
• Possess own transport
