Incumbent
shall report to the Company Secretary and Head of Administration on matters
realign to human resources management and administration, The candidate will be
expected to interpret company policies of Human Resources, Terms and Conditions
of Service, S/he will work closely with line managers to ensure that staff
develop skills and competencies required to accomplish the company’s objectives

Formulate,
coordinate and update Human Resources Strategic police sand procedures,
facilitate implementation of Management decisions with appropriate human
resources solutions in disciplinary and performance improvement procedures,
Maintain an effective eve and accurate human resources information system and
database that assist in an effective utilisation of the company’s human
resources, advise and support management and staff in all aspects of human
resources policies and procedures and ensure that they are applied with the existing
framework of labour laws and industrial relations, with the existing framework

induction, performance appraisal, training nee assessment, confirmation of
personnel and human resources development and training both long and short term
courses, To issue enforceable instructions to the line managers concerning
issues to be carried out or not to be carried out as required by law, To ensure
that HIV and AIDS and Gender workplace policies are appropriately implemented,
To ensure that occupational health and safety guidelines and practices are
adhered to and maintained in all departments
