Principal Duties and responsibilities:
– Overall supervisor of staffs and follow up of their activities.
– Carry out regular field visits and monitor progress.
– Monitor time and attendance of staffs in the branch.
– Maintain cash books, bill vouchers, and monthly account of the branch.
– Carry out loan appraisal, disburse and realize loans.
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit the report to the Area Manager.
– Maintain the program related documents, reports, target plans, budget, and other related documents.
Qualifications / Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration / Statistics from a recognized institution.
– Computer literacy is a must especially Microsoft Office Applications.
– Strong communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
– Demonstrated ability to coordinate with and work with staffs.
– Ability to work under tight deadline.
– Age must be within 30 years of age.
