The Government of Rwanda received funds from IDA to finance the Competitiveness and Enterprise Development Project and propose to use a part of these funds for payments of the following services:
The services include: RECRUITMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT EXPERT FOR PRIVATE SECTOR DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
The Competitiveness & Enterprise Development Project (CEDP) now invites individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services. Interested candidates must provide statement of capability and experience indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, description of similar assignment, experience in similar assignments, etc.). This advertisement is open to all individual consultants as defined in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (Current Edition)
