Personal Assistant to Managing Director Cum Human Resource
Department: Admin / Human Resources
Reports to: Managing Director

Overall Responsibility:
• Supervise office staff and interface with all levels of management
• Prepare Business Correspondence for MD

Key areas of responsibility:
• Overlook office staff & deals with all HR issues as follows:
1. Administration of Leaves
2. Filling all payroll records
3. Receive, sort, and file monthly personnel action reports
4. Statutory Deductions I.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and any others
5. Salary Advances
6. Staff Medical Insurance
7. Staff Uniforms & IDs
8. Assisting in Recruitment
9. Staff welfare

• Read & respond to emails on behalf of MD in a prompt & professional manner
• Organize meetings & MD travel schedules

Consults with
• All levels of management
• Accounts department
• Technical department

Term of employment
• Annual on permanent basis

Qualifications
• University/College Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Experience in an active HR Department.
• Strong sense of customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Proficient use of excel, word & powerpoint
• Supervisory/HR/ experience in a corporate environment
• Flexibility in working hours
• Age: late 20’s onwards

Salary Scale: KShs. 40,000.00 gross monthly (Basic)
