Reporting:
Country Team Leader, Triple-S
Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient office management and administrative support to the Triple-S Ghana project
The Ideal Candidate will:
• Procure and manage office supplies
• Undertake office management
• Support events management of the Triple-S Project and IRC Ghana programme
• Assist in data collection and management
• Maintain and update records on project staff
• Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems (electronic and manual)
• Organize logistics for workshops and other meetings
• Develop and maintain list of all project contacts including service providers
• Develop and maintain activity calendar
• Assist in managing research data (transcribe, store, process and retrieve)
• Download and upload data unto a website
• Capture and produce minutes of proceedings of meetings
Job Requirements:
The Ideal candidates must have:
1. Minimum of first degree in Administration, Social Science or related discipline
2. At least 5 years of professional working experience in Events Management/Office Management/Data Management in a reputable organization(s)
3. Excellent command of MS-Office suite and must also be conversant with Web based application
4. Ability to Create and Manage records
