Demonstrated project
management skills, Familiarity with the Malawian health system and key
stakeholders, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
demonstrated strong leadership and supervisory skills, Sensitivity to working
with multi-cultural groups, especially in rural areas, Knowledge and
familiarity of quality assurance processes and procedures and the ability to implement
a quality improvement plan, Experience in developing technical reference and
training materials, Possession of computer skills including Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Microsoft Outlook calendar,
Previous experience working for an international organisation is an added
advantage, Experience in the provision of the comprehensive package of male
circumcision services according to national and international guidelines
preferred, Valid practicing licence with the Medical Council of Malawi,
Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Clinical or Health Sciences/Clinical Officer with
Diploma in Clinical Medicine, 5 yrs clinical and/or training experience
