Quantity Surveyor
SGD 3000 – 4500
Across Singapore – To be discussed

Responsibilities:
• Updating contract documents, drawings and correspondences.
• Site Measurement, taking-off and AutoCad measurement.
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations.
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients

Requirements:
• Singaporeans/PRs may apply
• Minimum qualifications: Diploma in related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience and above
• Experience in either building or civil infrastructural projects
• Experience in liaisons with local authorities and clients
• Good communication skills
• Malaysian candidates with interest in seeking career in Singapore is also welcome
5.5 work days per week
