RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracts: Drafting,
negotiation and monitoring of purchase contracts, distribution, suppliers,
equipment, and other contract

Litigation: Follow-up of
all the files in pre-litigation at the Sinister service level, litigation
files, report every month on the evolution of the files to litigation

Secretary: Organize board
meetings, record minutes, schedule meetings of general meetings, send all
necessary communications to board members and Chairman of the Board of
Directors

Lawyers
/ Bailiffs: Manage
relations with lawyers / bailiffs and negotiate the costs of their services;

QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE

- University
degree in Law - At
least 5 year’s relevant experience as a corporate lawyer - Fluency
in French, English and Kinyarwanda.
