We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an IT Manager.Working with Senior Management you will assist in the direction and facilitation of IT strategic and tactical planning; identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for hardware and software; oversee project management for IT-related undertakings, including clear capture of business requirements, provision of function deliverables, milestone planning, and project post mortems; hire, staff, and supervise a skilled team of IT professionals.
The successful candidate must be a conscientious, well-organized, detail oriented person who can multi-task in a high energy and fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* University degree in the field of computer science and at least 3 to 5 years related experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered
* Solid project management skills including programming, planning and development of new software programs
* Prior project management and/or management of an IT Department
* Previous experience with MMSQL servers, MS Access, VBA, Microsoft Office and CRM, SQL C#, .ASP, VB.NET, VB, programming and experience with VM Ware software
* Ability to benchmark, analyze and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of IT infrastructure and systems
* Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills with a proven ability to resolve issues and to determine viable solutions
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
* Team player with strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills
* The ability to lead, direct and motivate a team of professionals.
