Job Title: IT Developer

Responsibilities
- Act as L3 applications support, build and develop merchant and Merchant Management Platform integrations.
- Ensure that all services are implemented and that they operate correctly and also ensure that all the relevant monitoring tools are deployed.
- Responsible for service improvement deliverable to address systems SLA shortcomings.
- Respond to escalations from business, customer-care, merchants and other stakeholders.
- Prerequisite analysis and requirements gathering. Translate requirements into technical design with documentation. Planning of the implementation of projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical / Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.
- A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, including leading a team and a project work stream. Develop, test and implement new software programs.
- Experience in development of technical specifications and plans.
