Purpose
We have a full-time opening for a Finishing Manager who will supervise the
works of exterior and interior finishers including, carpenters, tilers,
plumbers, shopfitters, electricians and installers to install all finishing
components of all construction projects. The Manager must ensure delivered
construction projects are finished to the highest possible standard and meet the
required specifications.

Responsibilities
- Knowledge
and execution of home construction components including: exterior and
interior finishing, doors, windows and sills, tiles, sanitary ware and
electricals. - Able
to install and oversee proper installations of all the above components,
hardware and wood products by following blueprints, drawings, and oral
instructions. - Utilize
good craftsmanship and good building practices. - Coordinate
and direct workers
