International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) and UN
WOWEN intend to hire Service Provider for the COUNTER TRAFFICKING PROJECT for
which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM
and UN Women now invite Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide
Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Consultant to assist in the
development of common law, case law precedence and development of the Counter
Trafficking National Action Plan (NAP) for Rwanda. More details on
the services are provided in the request for proposal document which will be
available at the IOM office (details below) from Tuesday 16th
January 2018, between 0900hrs and 1700hrs (with an exception of one hour
lunch break between 1300hrs – 1400hrs) for interested bidders.
