The research instrument for data collection in this
study was structured questionnaire and oral interview. The questionnaire
consists of two sections; section A and B. section A contained the personal
data of the respondents and section B contained structured questions drawn from
the purpose of the study based on the research questions. The respondents were
asked expected to tick “Yes” or “No” in answering the questions.
