Project Executive
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• To attend site meeting prior to project implementation.
• To prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawing to main contractor and architect.
• To plan and monitor delivery schedule.
• To ensure meeting deadline for completion.
• To supervise onsite installation works.
• To coordinate installation work with sub-contractor.
• To perform QC check and proper handover upon completion of project.
• To advise Accounts Department on progressive billing.
• To follow-up on compliant and feedback from client upon completion.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction interior works
• Able to plan construction schedule
• Good co-ordination skills
• Possess safety supervisor cert. an added advantage
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
