The
candidate to this post is expected to have:

- A
university degree in a relevant related field - A
proven experience of at least 1years for MSc holder and 3years for BSc in
similar position in a Higher Education; - Demonstrable
skills in counseling and guidance - Demonstrable
competence in leadership and management - Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Planning,
directing, coordinating and controlling the global activities relative to
the well-being and the quality life of ICE’s students; - Defining
and formulating, in consultation with other services aimed at
students in priority,, the policy and strategies regarding the
students’ life quality, counseling, discipline, health, leisure, and
managing conflicts that should be reported to the decision-taking sphere
and assuming the monitoring on a daily bases; - Organizing,
in collaboration with the Dean of the faculties or their representatives,
welcome programmes (orientations and socialization) for new students; - Looking
forward to the observance of the statute and regulations for student
life as regards accommodation, bursaries and restaurant; - Supervising
all the activities of the AGEICE students representatives; - Looking
forward to the rational use of the financial, material and human resources
put at his disposal; - Looking
forward to the observance and application of the students’ code of conduct
and morality; - Participating
to the meetings organized by his hierarchical authority in which he
represents the former; - Assuming
the regulatory course load of the teachings; - Preparing
and conducting meetings within his service; and forwarding a report to his
hierarchical authority; - carrying
out any other task officially assigned to him by his hierarchical
authorities; - Participating
to the smooth running of the activities of the faculty he is attached to; - Supervising
students’ activities relating to the service to the community.
