are looking for a Support Manager and Cloud ERP Project Manager that will
manage an ERP System implementations and the functional support team involving
process and change management, planning and conducting ongoing training and
quality testing.

The Support Manager and Cloud ERP Project Manager
is responsible for project planning, status

functional support team on issues related to ERP system usage and deployment of
mission-critical functionality.

Works closely with Management to support
implementations in Australia and Asia especially around Support transition,
escalated post-Go Live Support and User acceptance testing.

Effectively work across time zones and cultures to
ensure appropriate responsiveness to support issues.

Manages escalations of support incidents with other

Requirements:
- Good project management skills and/or
substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle
models, etc. - University degree in computer systems design
or computer science, and/or minimum. - Proven experience in overseeing the direction,
development, and implementation of software solutions in a relevant system
environment. - Highly self-motivated and directed while
experienced with working in a team-oriented collaborative environment. - Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a
high-pressure environment with a keen attention to detail. - Strong knowledge of system and software quality
assurance best practices and methodologies. - Extensive experience with core software
applications. - Knowledge of database design and file
management techniques. - Excellent understanding of the organization’s
goals and objectives. - Strong process orientation and experience with
process mapping. - Strong customer-service orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication
skills. - Ability to communicate ideas in both technical
and user-friendly language. - Ability to conduct research into application
development issues and products
