Project Executive
Sarawak – KUCHING
Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end as delegated by Project Manager.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and report to Project Manager.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Manages day-to-day client interaction
Requirements:
• Malaysian aged 20 – 30 years.
• Minimum STPM/Diploma holder. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of computer and relevant software especially Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Attention to details, initiative to learn and reliable.
• Committed, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Overtime may be required in meeting project deadlines.
