Managing and providing effective leadership to the security team in
maintaining a safe and secure environment for company property, employees and
customers, be establishing and enforcing security polici
es and procedures and
supervising the security guard team , Managing patrolling of the estate
perimeter, setting up secure points of entry, and leading investigations into
suspicious activities, Evaluating incidents and determining course of action,
Deterring crime using latest technology and security best practices, Maximising
crime intelligence gathering
At least a Diploma in Security Management or any related field from a
recognized institution, Those with a Bachelors Degree in any relevant field
from a recognised institution will have an added advantage, At least 3 yrs
working experience in a reputable International Security Organisation at a
senior level
