IFA Sales Support Job Vacancy in Glasgow

This reputable and quality firm of Independent Financial Advisors provides Investment and Retirement planning advice to HNW private clients and is one of Glasgow’s most highly regarded players. Due to continued growth they now require an additional sales support administrator to provide technical support to the IFAs.

You will be responsible for dealing with all new and existing business including initial research, processing, report writing, suitability letters and regular liaison with Product Providers across the full range of financial planning whilst providing full administration support directly to clients and the IFAs within the company

Applicants will ideally have FPC or equivalent or be progressing towards industry qualifications. Experience of working as a sales support administrator within an IFA environment is required. Working knowledge of Advisor Office or Intelliflo would be particularly advantageous. Excellent communication skills and full knowledge across the range of financial planning products is key for this role.

In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 to £21,000 plus benefits including a company pension, life assurance and Bupa.
