OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, SALES AND MARKETING – ASEAN – PHARMA

The Role
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Overall responsibility creation and delivery Sales, Operations and Marketing Strategies throughout South East Asia.
• In conjunction with country Business Unit Heads, develop and implement sales, product/brand marketing and operational plans.
• New product launch responsibility and tracking.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in senior Sales, Marketing, Operations and may be currently in a Senior Regional Sales and Marketing role, or Business Unit Head/Country Manager position. You must come from the Pharmaceutical Industry.
South East Asian experience is crucial to this role with an in-depth understanding of the cultural and regulatory differences from country to country. You must have a solid grasp on Medical Affairs and Regulatory requirements.
Having significant dealings with distributors in the region is an added advantage. The role has significant regional travel so the successful candidate will need to be open to this.
