Senior Network Engineer
(Selangor – Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for implementing and
maintaining Cisco network, Cisco IP Phone, Microsoft server system and
network infrastructure - To ensure the efficiency and reliability of IT
operations - Provide high level services and support to
customers and assist in solving network issues - To assist in project and ad-hoc assignments as
and when required - To liaise with vendors on installation,
testing and commissioning of new/existing hardware and software
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology or equivalent - At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in related
field and preferable with some customer services experience - Knowledge in the implementation and
maintenance of WAN & LAN, computer software and hardware and
system/network trouble shooting - Self motivated, able to work independently and
team player - Good communications skills and able to work
under pressure
