Requirements
- B.Sc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or related disciplines from a recognized institution;
- Not more than three (6) years work experience as HR Officer;
- Must be resident in Lagos or willing to relocate;
- Membership of professional bodies like CIPM, SHRM etc. will be an added advantage;
- Good knowledge in Payroll, Leave Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Labour Law, HMO, NSITF, Pension etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Problem solving and Negotiation skills;
- Must be result oriented;
