Management
of QHSE function for JFD Aus
of QHSE function for JFD Aus
tralia covering the following disciplines:
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Main
Duties will include:-
Duties will include:-
- Management
of local certification to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and
OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety). - Management
of local certification systems to customer requirements. - Client
interface for HSEQ matters - Management
representative for QHSE systems. - Roll
out corporate QHSE system under direction of Global HSE and QA management
in UK - Maintain
and develop local procedures and controls under Global management
system. - Continuous
improvement of the Management System(s) through audits, analysis of data
and non-conformance, key performance indicators and establishing effective
change control protocols. - HSE
legal compliance monitoring. - HSEQ
personnel management. - Development
of Safety and Quality culture across the business.
Required
Experience
Experience
- Relevant
higher qualification in one of key disciplines in role. - 5
years minimum industry experience in QA or HSE management. - Technical
experience in marine engineering / diving. - Experience
with Defence/ Military contracts. - Fully
conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of HSEQ standards and
practices. - Expert
in ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001/ASNZS 4801. - Lead
auditor qualification and experience. - Excellent
analytical skills including knowledge of MS Office programmes (Word,
Excel, Power Point). - Personal
communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of an
organisation. - Personnel
management skills. - Ability
to work on your own and to specified timescales and project plans. - Excellent
attention to detail. - Experience
of conducting internal and external audits. - Ability
to interpret mechanical and /or electrical drawings. - Ability
to conduct Quality and safety investigations - Proactive
approach to role - Must be
eligible to work in Australia
