HR Training Coordinator Job Vacancy in Dublin

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced HR Training Coordinator for a permanent position based in Dublin.

Job Description:
The training and development officer manages the learning and professional development of the company’s workforce. The training element gives employees the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work- related tasks. The development work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees skills so that they can fulfill their potential within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying training and development needs, through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers and the HR Director.
• Design and develop training and development programs based on both the company’s and individual needs.
• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets and assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.
• Develop effective induction programs.
• Produce material for in-house courses.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
• Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
• Degree/Diploma in HR/ Training related discipline is essential
• Ability to design and deliver training courses as required
• Proven track record in delivering training
