HR Assistant Officer Job Vacancy in Singapore- Global 21 HR Consultants

Job Scope:
– Maintain and administer employee personnel database in SAP system.
– Assist in HR activities e.g. input of timesheets, update on CVs, drafting of job specifications, arranging training for staff.
– Application and renewal of work permits.
– Day to day administrative functions including general insurance and coordination of matters related to company’s lease premises.

Requirements:
– Diploma in HRM with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HRM and administration.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
– Experience with SAP HRM software experience will be an advantage.
– Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Matured, pleasant disposition, proactive attitude and able to meet set goals and objectives.
– Only SINGAPOREAN / SINGAPORE PR need to apply.

Other Information:
– 5 days work week, Clementi
– Salary up to $2.5K
