join our Executive Leadership Team as a senior legal counsel and company
secretary. The position is a contract for up to 12 months to cover the
maternity leave of our General Counsel.

+ years of post-admission experience including operating in a comparable
senior role - expertise
in corporate governance, commercial transactions and regulatory affairs - high
level influencing and relationship building skills - well-developed
conceptual and analytical skills and sound commercial judgement - excellent
written and oral communication skills
