Senior
Graphic Designer
Hotwire is looking
for Senior Graphic Designer in our organisation, with a competitive combination
of technical knowledge, skill, education and field experience. You’ll be
responsible for the execution of quality creative work delivered on time and on
budget. You will liaise with the management from the organisation and the clients.
Your attention will
be on publica
tions and campaigns for print and web.
Requirements
Scope of
work:
- Develop
the overall look and style of publications and campaigns - Oversee
the page layouts of annual reports, catalogues, newspapers, magazines - Publications
for the Internet. This includes developing of websites used for
publications and oversee the production of these websites - Oversee
the work of other designers, photographers, writers and editors who
individually create pieces of work that collectively makes up your
completed products - Review
and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphics. - Coordinate
activities with other designers - Present
designs to management and clients for approval - Organize,
direct and motivate other artists
It is essential
for you to have:
- At
least 10 years work experience of which more than 6 years have been in a
publication environment - A
relevant Degree or Diploma in the field of Design and Print with a
portfolio that demonstrates your abilities and expertise - Sound knowledge
of HTML5, and CSS3 is essential - Proficiency
in Adobe InDesign CS6 or later versions, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and
Photoshop - Good
communication skills with staff and clients to ensure that both
stakeholders’ expectations are met - Innovative
and interesting ideas that meet the standard we have set for ourselves and
the clients we serve
